I am board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a licensed Physician and Surgeon in Pennsylvania. Completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, I majored in psychology. I was the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship recipient, a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society and Alpha Epsilon Delta, Premedical Honor Society. I received my medical degree from Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. I completed a psychiatric residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. I received the psychodynamic psychotherapy award, first place in the Colloquium of Scholars Psychodynamic Case Formulation, and presented at Ground Rounds Psychotherapy Module Case Conference. I currently serve as a clinical associate faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania, and I have received advanced training in psychoanalysis at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia.
